design layout services, generating Gerber data & output files

and industry automation/ controls etc.
Value-added engineering services support is effective with a strong
technical team responsible for process definition, DFM/DFT/DFS review

with area of component re-engineering for obsolescence, up gradation
of designs, reliability engineering/ ruggedisation of products to

| Prototyping Services |
Westway believes in providing
turnkey prototyping solutions providing customer the benefit to
reduce time- to-market and use philosophy of DFM, DFT and DFS review
for a smooth transition of protos to bulk production.
Westway has capabilities to manufacture prototype of small quantity
of 2 to 10 no with expertise in handling latest SMT technology based
boards, BGA'S (0.5 mm pitch), LGAs/QFNs, QFPs of 12 mil pitch, 0402/0201
and even chip bonding.
We offer complete testing facility of basic measurements like oscilloscope,
frequency counters, spectrum analyzer, power supply and specific
test--- like the JTAG based testing for DSP designs.
Our expert technical team absorbs technology faster & provides
prototypes on a turn key basis; tested involving mechanical boxing
for demo package design and door- to- door logistic services like
ship to bill to where the end user directly gets a technical product

to the customer in the area of professional/industrial electronics
products like, Telecommunication, Power Electronics, GPS, Medical,
& Automotive Electronics Services.
Westway has machines and capabilities for SMD & THD boards
with latest packaging of QFPs, BGAs, LGAs / QFNs, 0402/0201 chips,
and we have expertise in handling all types of Boards- processes
based RF, power electronics, discrete logic boards from 100% SMD’s
to 100% THD population.
Westway has complete testing facilities for the PCB Assembly and
products including high precision voltmeter, frequency controls,
digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, Signal Generators. Customer
Specific Test Jigs & Automated Testing Services are offered
using IEE.
Box Build Integration
With facilities for manufacturing cable forms & harness, we
have customized lines for Box build, Integration, Testing, Burn
In/Soak test facility to offer OEM manufacturing of products, directly
shipped to the warehouse of customers.

| Electro- Mechanical
and Allied Parts Development |
Transformers
Westway has facility and capabilities for Design & Development
of Transformers, Industrial Coils of all types ranging from power
transformers to HF transformers to filters, used in Power Supplies,
Receivers & Transmitters.
With automated CNC winding machines and test facilities,Westway
is able to develop and manufacture POT CORE Transformer, TORROIDS,
E-SERIES, Drum Cores and all types of Ferrites based transformers.
Cables
Cable forms and harness can be designed to customer specifications
using MIL Grade components, PTFE / ETFE cables, using developed
pin hole & die sets as semi-automated presses. With an effective
Global Supply Chain Management, we can offer Turnkey Solutions from
Sourcing of all parts including MIL Grade, development of mechanical
parts, Transformer, then to manufacturing of PCB assemblies / integration,
testing and Ship to end market any where in the world with Inco
terms like DDP, DDU etc.
Mechanical Parts
Capability to develop and supply Sheet Metal forming made
of Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, and Non-Ferrous metals.
Finishing of metal parts with powder coated paintings, Anodisation
and special plating on steel parts to withstand Salt Spray test
of 1000 hrs as per ASTM B117. Extruded Heat sink and CNC machined
parts can also be supplied.
We can design tools for plastic parts and supply molded parts to
UL 94 U Ø specifications, of all types in thermo plastics
and thermo setting plastics as also allied parts like screen printed
labels, overlays, key pads etc.
